Radek is a senior executive with over 25 years proven global multi-disciplinary leadership track record in start-ups, team building, business development and transformation as well as finance and governance. He has been recognised for business excellence with various awards including Deloitte NZ Fast50 award and successful $100m IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Radek completed his MBA through University of Otago and Copenhagen Business School, is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand, and an ABSL Senator in Poland.

Richard is a UK chartered banker and chartered accountant with 35 years experience in fund management, services, audit and accounting across some of the world's largest financial institutions Among his various leadership positions and achievements, he is recognised for establishing and growing BNP Paribas' fund services operations hub in Warsaw to c 1,000 staff and roles including Head of Fund Accounting, Head of Global Strategy & Management, Head of Global Transactions, and Chief Operating Officer.

Luke attained an MBA from University of Otago, is a professional of the New Zealand Institute of Management Consultants, part owner of a Law Firm, advisory board member, serves on the board of a nationwide New Zealand Charitable Trust, and is a member of Rotary International.
